Cairns Southside International

The property is very convenient for the southside of Cairns, especially Earlville and DFO. Check in was very quick. Was greeted politely and reception was helpful. Room was well equipped and comfortable beds and room was clean.

The room was small, no TV remote. Not clean and was uncomfortable, could not communicate to staff as all gone home. Will not book here again

Great room. Great location

No one in reception on arrival (2pm). No map to where room was located like walking around a rabbit warren. Rooms advertised with Foxtel was told ‘why did you expect Foxtel…’. No blackout curtains as advertised. Rooms are tired and in need for a desperate refurb.

No on site reception or help. Room could not be locked. No answer on phone. So left premises after 10 mins

Ok for price. No admin staff avail on arrival. Room very clean but musty smell. Woken at about 3am with fire alarm ( appears someone maybe smoking in room) You get what you pay for I duppose

HOTEL RECEPTION CLOSED. RETURN THE $113 YOU TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT. DISHONEST, POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS, THIEVES.
