I appreciated the staff to allow me to make changes on my plan when my diving tour cancelled. The room is pretty big with nearly all necessary facilities. However, it is a little old and some renovation would make it more attractive.

No staff on site. Room was clean but complex requires freshening up and modernizing.

The air conditioner in my room cycled on and off constantly and sounded like waves lapping on the beach. It was a fantastic sound to fall asleep to and it continued all night long. Loved it!

Great location for what I wanted to do.

While some aspects of the room were showing age and there was maintenance required, I really enjoyed my room and my stay at the motel. The rates of the room changed in flow with the seasons. I rented my room when the rates were lower and it was well worth it. Lovely staff who try their best for your stay to be the best it can be.

After hours key safe wasn’t working, so had to wait for someone to come in and get the keys out. Towels were small, thin and old…they need replacing. No hot water on check out. Inconsiderate noisy people in the room next door. Room was tidy and comfortable, just a shame the other things let me down.

Don’t try calling reception, they are never there. Insufficient parking onsite for number of rooms so people are lucky to get a park. Room is old and dirty. Mould in bathroom and aircon. Aircon makes noises even when turned off at wall. Nil screens on window so mozzies get in. Security is an old broomstick or piece of wood stuck in window ledge. Towels and pillow cases are discoloured and bed sheets had stains.

Cold shower. Needs a refurb badly.
