Valued Stay Mayflower

The room had a horrible smell of cigarettes. It was unbearable. Unfortunately my child had a really bad allergic reaction to that smell so we had to leave. We ended up going to a different hotel. I was extremely disappointed because I booked non smoking room. However room ripped with cigarette smoke. Window was half broken so we couldn’t open it to get a fresh air. It was a waste of my money. I’m hoping to get a refund since we didn’t stay in the room.

Property was absolutely falling apart. Shower head was broken in the room as well as couple other items. I was very disappointed because room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold really bad. Unfortunately my child is severely allergic to that smell so we had to leave right away. I informed upfront desk that room was supposed to be nonsmoking room and they couldn’t help us with it. They told me that they charged my card already and not planning to help us. We had to drive around and find a different hotel. It was absolutely waste of money and we were extremely disappointed. The fact that their rooms ripped with cigarette smoke and they advertised as nonsmoking rooms is unbelievable! If I knew that I would never book room in that hotel. My first time booking with Expedia :(

I booked the hotel online and arrived at the location around 11:30 night. After waiting for 20 mins, I was told to go to some other property as they are full. They didn’t even provide the address properly and It was very tough to get into their other branch hotel finally. I was literally harassed at midnight .

everything except the price...when you find a female razor in your shower packed with pubic hair, questions come to mind --- did anyone actually clean this room

For a last minute decision and nothing else available, this place worked. But if I had a choice I would never stay again. Surprisingly the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting. The strangest thing was I think people live in some of the rooms. It was very sketchy arriving at night.

Having read the reviews I was approaching my stay here with mixed feelings. The lady on reception was very helpful with my arrival as I was planning to arrive early and she provided me with options to leave it whilst I attended what I needed to. When I arrived back that evening my bags were already in my room waiting for me. Each morning we were provided with a basic contential breakfast but for me enough to start my day. My room was cozy and clean; have no complaints about that. The air con was cold and I could find the panel to adjust this but that might have juat been me being stupid. All in all really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if ever in Madison

Despite being about the rattiest exterior, the room was actually clean and well appointed

An excruciatingly difficult process to check in at merely 10:30 pm. Had to call some other location, give personal and credit card info by phone and opening a lock box.

Difficulty in understanding common spaces other than rooms, etc.

Not toilet paper in the toilet Need to flush the toilet at least 4 time before it should be cleaned
