Valued Stay Mayflower

It was a nice place to stay. Clean and small, but enough for the time we spent there. There was no control over AC or heating, but the covers of the bed provides sufficient comfort at night, since we were not there often during the days.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Check-in went smoothly.

Overhead light fixture was broken, but there was enough other lighting that it didn't really matter. The check-out procedure was faulty. We were supposed to put the key in a box inside the office where we checked-in, but we couldn't do that because the office was locked and there was no staff to be found when we checked out. The phone number on the email had no voicemail. We left a voicemail on their other phone number from check-in that we were leaving the key in the room, but never received a response.

old and dingy, no temperature control, bed was too hard and pillow was too flat. no countertop around the sink to put things.

The location was very convenient to the places I was visiting. The room was very clean and mostly updated. The person checking me in was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was unable to find a way to adjust the temperature in the room. The outside of the building was a little run down, but the room made up for it.
