Magic Cristal Park

The most disjointed hotel that needs complete refurbishment. We stayed here for 1 week & were apparently ungraded, the room was awful. It was in dire need of some tlc. We appeared to be in an extension of the hotel (623). The bath was orange where it had been scrubbed so many times. The wood was rotting in places. The bed was very small & uncomfortable, and whoever thought that painting grout black was a good idea needs to be sacked! Oh & it-smelt like rotten cabbage. The fridge kept defrosting & leaking - it only had drinks in so it wasn’t a big worry for us. We had a balcony that had only 1 sun bed & 2 chairs, 1 of which was broken! The lifts were either out of order or full of people going up & down from floor 1, but we were on 6 & had to use the stairs on many occasions. The swimming pool is on 7 but the layout does not make it easy to use. The sun beds are above the pool via a staircase that is really only 1 person wide & made of terracotta tiles which were slippery when wet, so you can’t just jump in to cool down & go to sit back down. There was a seating are by the bar, but rarely any chairs available. The pool shut at 7 but the bar shut at 6 so there was nowhere to sit outside & have an evening coffee. The food was ok, but they definitely recycled lots of bits from breakfast to lunch to dinner & this was very noticeable at times. Meal times were odd - breakfast from 8am & nowhere to get a coffee before that & dinner was 7.30 which was quite late if you planned to go out anywhere after your meal. We chose this hotel as it advertised no groups or stag/hen parties. However, there were loads of very noisy big groups who just took over. During the week we were there there were at least 5 large groups of school children in & at mealtimes it was absolute carnage because the staff couldn’t cope with the volume of people. They ran out of plates, food & the drinks machines were very intermittent. All in all it was a very poor experience & we have stayed in much better 2 star hotels before. The hotel was in a great location. Would I stay here again - absolutely not & I would not recommend it to anyone

Pésimo trato al cliente un hora y media esperando en la recepción para hacer el check-in fuimos para 7días el primer día mi mujer se cayó por las escaleras subiendo del espectáculo porque el suelo estaba mojado se ha roto el hombro tuvimos que estar de médicos no se hacen cargo de hospital ni de la pérdida de la semana que tuvimos que irnos a nuestro destino en Madrid nadie ve que el suelo esté mojado porque cuando vienes ya del hospital el suelo está seco o lo han secado o se ha secado solo por lo cual no hay pruebas

La ubicación lo unico

La comida pésima ,instalaciones de los años 60,con cortinas mobiliario baños ,bueno todo super viejo , hasta el baño estaba podrido del agua venían a limpiar y lo hacían por encima. Un día hasta se olvidaron todas las toallas de tan rápido que van , lleno de gente clases enteras de niños , ascensores casi imposible de coger, estoy realmente defraudada, he estado en hotelitos bien de precio pero nunca de tan mala calidad un cuadro de luces dentro del dormitorio y el aire se encendía con un interruptor, el mando estaba pero no servía hasta que averiguamos pasaron más de una hora pensando que no iba , en fin muy mal

La ubicación

Los ascensores porque los que bajan al comedor -2 no tienen memoria y se saturan en horas puntas. Ya no se hacen mariscadas los viernes. Las dificultades para realizar la reserva a través de Booking y el propio hotel.

El buffet en el desayuno fantástico.Habitacion amplia con dos camas grandes y buen colchón

Excelente trato del personal, instalaciones muy limpias y situación Excelente.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff.Only downside was no outdoor pool with loungers and brollies. Vegetarians would struggle with food.no seating area in reception which was needed when waiting for coach to return home etc..early pickup so wasn't allowed in restaurant to get a coffee or food( despite paying for all inclusive up front).would not stay here again personally x
