Que no dejen la terraza cuando cierran la piscina. Podrían cerrar la zona de piscina y dejar el bar y la terraza de arriba

Beds good. Air con good. Most staff polite. That’s about all the good stuff unfortunately. Food is very very basic. I know it’s only 3 star but there definitely could be huge improvements. Entertainment on a night time doesn’t exist for a British family unfortunately as it was just Spanish line dancing most or if not all of the time. The photographer and photography of the place is excellent and it certainly had me fooled, it’s unfair in my opinion. I think there are many genuine improvements this place can make and I really hope they do so. If you just want a comfy bed with good air conditioning then you’ve hit the jackpot, but if your looking for all the boxes ticked with a family holiday, good food and entertainment then I’m afraid they’ve got great lot of work to do.

Was not good at all wee booked to go ultra all incl so when wee went to use it wee were not booked on it then the staff were trying to tell us wee had not payed 4 it so got it sorted. The next day wee were bk off it again then there were trying to tell us wee were not all incl at all trying to use there sister hotel was a nightmare one there was no bus to pick us up then when we got to the hotels it's was packed u could not even get a set I WILL NEVER BOOKED THIS HOTEL AGAIN

Ignore the negative reviews, if you want a luxury hotel go to a 5* one. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from check in desk to cleaning staff, restaurant and bar staff. Hotel is dated but is spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, we slept in every day and missed breakfast but you are in Benidorm it’s cheap to eat out. We found something to eat for dinner every evening and the quality was good. Premium branded drinks in the bar (upgrade to premium all inclusive if you don’t want to queue up as it can get busy at last orders).

We checked into the hotel and checked back out within two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I was persuaded by the children’s slides and facilities advertised for families. I travelled with my wife, our young child, and our two-and-a-half-year-old baby. Unfortunately, the experience from the outset was extremely disappointing. It took over an hour to complete the check-in process. Once we were eventually told our room was ready, we arrived on the fourth floor to find electricians attempting to repair a bedside light, with exposed wiring and fittings removed from the wall. I returned to reception to request an alternative room and was told to wait “one minute.” After waiting a further 20 minutes, I was informed the issue had been resolved. However, upon returning to the room, it was clear nothing had actually been repaired — the switch had simply been placed back on the wall without the fault being fixed. I then opened the curtains to inspect the balcony and was very concerned by the spacing between the railings, which appeared unsafe for a young child and posed a genuine safety concern for our toddler. Also the bathroom had a strong smell of gloss! We were also advised by staff that if we wanted English entertainment, we would be better going to a bar approximately 200 yards away, and that one particular restaurant was “more English.” We tried this restaurant, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. The indoor pool was also uncomfortably cold, and the poolside bar involved waiting around 10 minutes just to be served a drink due to the queues. At that stage, we decided enough was enough and checked out. What was most disappointing was that when we informed reception we were leaving, nobody even asked why or appeared remotely concerned. Fortunately, we were able to secure accommodation at Hotel RH Princesa further up the road, where the service and overall experience were excellent in comparison.
