Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. Solicité una cama doble y quedaron en confirmármelo, pero nunca recibí respuesta para poder decidir si me interesaba alojarme aquí. Al llegar, me encontré con una habitación triple, con tres camas pequeñas separadas por una viga. La limpieza también deja bastante que desear. Da la sensación de que el hotel ha dejado de preocuparse por la calidad de las instalaciones y la experiencia del cliente. Parece más enfocado en atraer turismo de paso y de fiesta que en ofrecer una estancia cómoda y cuidada. En mi caso, la experiencia ha sido decepcionante y no volveré.

No me gustó el ascensor, se tardaba muchísimo, y tampoco me gustó la organización del picnic, me pareció fatal, porque nos vacilaban, entregarlo hoy, no entregarlo mañana, avisar antes, luego no hacía falta avisar... En fin .. y lo que nos dieron fue unas galletas maría, una lata de atún, un zumo, una naranja y una manzana, supuestamente me preguntaron si era picnic de desayuno o de comida, y se suponía que era comida, al final termine pagando la comida en la calle porque nos íbamos de excursión, pero del resto no tengo queja.

Extremely poor service the food was ok but mainly catered to soanizh guests there wasn't much if a selection for children or the other guests. The desserts were just simple sponges and breakfast exactly same bacon sausage every day no choice at sll for vegetarians and nothing for vegans . Whole meals had alot of processed ham in them even in the salads Various Fishes were served to kids full of bones The bar was horrendous they were omly 2 bars available through day one on pool roof from 11- 6pm the little reception area bar 10- 12mid and the magic cafe only opened in the evenings 8pm til 12pm The lady Anita on bar in cafe was lovely abd tried help but she was omly one on bar most nights and there were queues constantly. The pool area bar you had to queue over 20 mins at times for a drink they were no free machines with juice or soft drinks like usual all inclusive. The snacks consisted of nuts and crisps served from a plastic tub on bar where all pigeons were plainly going in and eating abd using as a seat when bar staff saw they did nothing they just refilled that tub when it was empty abd let people keep getting it . There were no other snacks between meals thats it everyday crisps n nuts nothing like sny other all inclusive ive been too . The pool itself some days cannot be used as they rent it out to a local school for lessons so from 10 til 230 pm weekdays theres over 50 school kids using it fir lessons right in middle of drunken tourists at the bar 50 meters away . They put lines abd mats on pool so guests cannot swim . There is no disabled access to pool the metal steps only way in abd they're very slippy my aunt slipped when she fell from them the area around pool is completely non negotiable for wheelchair users the pool is only pool and its om 7th floor on roof we were given a room in this area that was treacherous to get to for anyone using a stivk or with difficulty walking it was only accessible by walking round edge of pool. The rooms themselves although basic sbd vs dont work they were ok ours were pretty grubby but after we cleaned ourselves they were ok although one big lady who cleaned om last day was very rude and grumpy when asked for fresh towels but the one who cleaned through week was nice she changed sheets everyday Kids club is non existent theres a tiny pool and pksy area for them but no entertainment abd no even access to refreshments in the children's pool area so noone really used it . The snacks were eaten by birds and refilled without throwing ones theyd landed on and kids were just eating them as parents didnt see . The hotel is laid out very silly 2 restaurants serving exact same food at same times on lo wer 2 grounds with no bar just a drinks dispenser . Then there was reception bar with only outdoor seating thefes no where to sit at busy times and my disabled mum n aunt literally had to sit on walls or steps the staff wont let you bring out extra chairs abd theres literally nowhere you can sit outside until 10am as pool area is locked off til then too its literally like being caged in we had to fight to get a balcony as original room we had was like a sauna and had no outdoor space to sit in hotel. All the elderly customers were having similar complaints to us as very hard to a mess the bars and pool no way anyone with walking issues can get to the only pool bar on 7th floor abd other bar had huge waits . The bars were staffed very limited so that queues were very long . We paid alot of money for 2 rooms 4 people it was actual first all inclusive ibe ever been to in benidorm or anywhere . The food between meals doesn't exist the entertainment was 1 round of bingo on one night abd a cd played by hotel staff other 2 nights then a man singing tributes on another night that was it magic cafe had no atmosphere except for the lovely Anita om the bar who tried make things best she could but she was rushed off her feet as worked alone most days . The drinks were ok but not plentiful the food was mediocre the snacks only bird soiled nuts n crisps nothing else The lack of access was atrocious theres 3 lifts but so slow and not enough to accommodate the guests although only 25% full you waited almost 10 minutes for a lift each time and those with walking difficulties couldn't manage stairs it must be really bad when hotel is full . There's an area for mobility scooters but no access to a pool as the only pool id a freezing cold covered indoor pool on the roof. It was cold inaccessible for disabled a wheelchair couldnt get round it a pram struggled. It was totally not what we expected. The only good thing was its location close to bars and shops and less than 10 minute walk to beach . They were lots of rowdy Spanish customers who on some days were openly using drugs and handing drinks to mates not staying there staff did nothing ro discourage it . Some customers in rooms near lifts couldn't rest due to loud noises from old lift shsfts and the voice over announcing floors we were lucky to have a balcony we spent most evening sat on that with our own shop bought drinks as bar was literally too busy and nowhere to sit when you eventually got served .no activities for kids no accessible pool for elderly or disabled no outdoor seating before 10am so after breakfast you're forced back to rooms as cleaners want you out of way Really do not believe pictures look on reviews and do your research this place is not good or worth the money WE PAID id say it wasn't worth more than £300 pp

El bufet de comida y cena y la camas muy cómodas.

La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay en el hotel. Y el poco aparcamiento que hay.
