Tv service was terrible

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Short walk to main hotel for all exclusive. Right across the street. Location felt safe and was well lit. Quick walk to the ocean.

I liked the area was so convent to everything. Bed was comfortable shower was good and had hot water. Pool area was great, lots of shaded areas for reading.

Very noisy construction all day until laye eveong. The rooms are very old with only a shower and toilet in the bathroom. The sink and mirror are in the kitche

Very walkable area. The hotel is well kept. We had a leak in my moms room and maintenance came up very quickly to resolve.

The private pool was quiet and comfy Guests also had access to two other pools and the main hotel's restaurant. A few steps out of the quiet area, lots of restaurants and shops were easy walking distance away.

We stayed in one of the smaller hotels which are part of the larger resort hotel complex. It was a little dated and needed some upgrade. A bit of a musty smell to the apartment but overall actually it was nice and roomy. The shower was really small. If you have children, it would be nice to stay in this side hotel because it had its own little pool and wasn’t as busy as the main pool in the big hotel, which is probably nicer, but also busier with a lot of more adults. The staff are great and really helpful. Overall, I did really like the hotel. If you get the all inclusive, dining and drinks, the food is really good. You have to walk about half a block, which is not a problem to get to the main hotel for the food. I thought it was really good. Quite a bit of variety and choices of things. Overall, I would definitely recommend Los Arcos. I wasn’t super impressed with the room, but I think there’s a whole variety of rooms in the resort because there’s three different hotels and we were in a side hotel which is probably not as upgraded as the main hotel.

Quiet, yet close to the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe and found the staff very helpful. Would love to have morning coffee in the room.

Easy check in minus the fact that we had to pay $25 extra per night since I only selected one traveler instead of two. I've never had issues with this at any other stay. We did recieve 2 days of free breakfasts and 1x15 minute massage (for only 1 person), but other than that I still don't fully get the need for the extra charge. The hotel itself was good, out dated, and issue as previously mentioned, but good. Cleanliness was great, location was perfect. Very quiet and at the end of a street so no passing cars. Also very walkable, two minutes from beach. Recommended, and also recommended you check your travel count because they if not, they will and charge for it.

Great location and service, the only thing is that rooms and furniture are very old and outdated.
