Staff nd all inclusive buffet amazing

Our stay here was not what we had hoped. The condition of the general areas were just fine but our room condition was in need of a serious update. Also this area is not really appropriate for family's because of the overwhelming number of alternative lifestyle tourists. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful

rooms were nice and big and clean but could use some updating. Pool area was nice and shaded and not crowded . Great breakfast included at Playa los Arcos across the street and we enjoyed our free 15 minute massage there too which was a nice perk. Bed was a bit hard but still comfortable enough. Rooms were quiet with good aircon. They gave us 2 bottles of water each day which was nice.

Safe, secure, quiet, responsible and close to everything that Old Vallarta (Romántico District) has to offer.

Plumbing issues a problem

Need to be careful with flushing the toilet, old plumbing system. Location convenient and staff attentive

Close to central

Nice place overall. But the furnishings and the rooms need a serious update. No bar, no food, no hot tub and are unable to use the other properties pool. Did all-inclusive but had to walk to a different hotel every time i needed a drink and food.
