I get this hotel is in Old Town. It could use updates and better maintenance in general. Nothing special and internet was horrible. Not secured and always warnings not to trust or sign in to websites where cc info was stored. Definitely will look elsewhere on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

We stayed at this location twice once on the way to Peru from Canada and another back to Canada. It was a nice location. Staff was friendly. It probably was a little more than what I would normally pay but since it was only a couple of night during a layover. It was fine. Nonetheless, it was still a nice location.

It was a little too expensive. We had to book a second night on the way to Peru as one of our flights did not line up, and it costed us significantly more almost the same amount as it would’ve for one night all inclusive.

Quiet property with beautiful pool. Staff was very helpful and nice. Super clean.

Air conditioning could use updating.

Didn't like staying at upgraded suite with no food access or bar services. You have to walk a block at main Hotel. Got free dinner but was never told they owned two other restaurants we could choose from.

Great hotel, great location

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, housekeeping staff who worked very hard to maintain a clean environment.

The hotel management did not respond to emails before I arrived requesting an upgrade. The upgrade came with an additional cost that in hindsight was not worth the value. The hotel advertises "seaview". The surrounding buildings block most of the view. Also, the charge of $18. (US) for breakfast was not refundable, if not used.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel location is excellent! We shall return.
