Los Arcos Suites

The staff at this property were extremely kind and helpful. They were responsive to questions and provided guidance on the surrounding area.

Location is good. Sister hotel Los Arcos is excellent on the beach.

The hotel is well located and close to the main hotel Playa Los Arcos. It needs renovation and doesn't come close to the service and joy of Playa. The biggest issue we had was that housekeeping never got the message that there were 3 of us in the room. We also got conflicting information from the front desk about check out time. We'll try to avoid this hotel in the future.

It was nice that we could store our bags and use the facilities after checkout until we were getting picked up a few hours later. It’s a great location for walking around and the beach club is great to have as an option.

Second stay at this property, around 10 stays with the sister property. Great location - always a reliable stay. The suites could use an update.

We stay at Los Arcos everytime we go to PV. It is the best location there is. You are right in the middle of old town, you can walk to bars and restaurants, you can easily walk to the Malecon. The pool is fantastic, they do have an adults only pool as well. It's right on the beach, and they do serve drinks down there. This time the main hotel was full, so we stayed at Los Arcos Suites, but it is just across the street and half a block up. We could walk to the pool/dining in less than 5 minutes. There is another pool at Los Arcos Suites, but it's very quiet, and no bar over there. The staff is always SO accomodating and friendly. The food is great. Even tho it's a buffet, it does vary from day to day, so you don't get sick of eating the same stuff everyday. It's a $10 uber ride from the airport, you do have to walk across the pedestrian bridge from the airport to get uber from the airport, but uber from hotel to airport arrived in 2 minutes and again was only $10. A cab ride is $40. Miguel on the beach was an amazing server! 5 stars will definitely stay again and again!

As a VIP member, they let me use the pools at the other hotels. Great price on the all-inclusive and stay in general. Staff was excellent across the board. Definitely staying there again and again as I had many times now.

This property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had breakfast each morning at the playa arcos hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Miguel who served us at mi pueblito restaurant and at the beach all 3 days we were there. )
