Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Cumberland Mall

Rooms outdated.......plumbing was leaking and not working properly......over-all grounds on the outside of the rooms was filthy and dirty. Hallway and stairs smelled of urine and were filled with trash.

Good value for the money.

Property was dirty and lots of weird individuals

I reserved the room for 3 people, when I asked for a 3rd towel they wanted me to pay $2 for it. The pull out bed was worn out and beyond filthy. No sheet or cover so we were supposed to sleep on this. Both the website and ad on the tv said cooking utensils are provided free. Not only did they have none but if they did I was told I would have to buy them from the hotel. So False advertisement. The fridge didn't close so nothing stayed cold. I expected more from Extended stay as I have used them in the past but this location needs new management and a major renovation. Or at least decrease the price to match the expectations.

Very dirty. Floor felt unclean. Stains on the floor and linens

Old, dirty, refrigerator rusty and old, roach dung on all the outlets with legs on the counter. No hair dryer, no coffee pot. No shampoo, conditioner, soap. Good location, was walk to the stadium..

The staff here is great! Place is amazing. Shelly has been helping us since we first checked in. She is truly the best! she has been nothing but accommodating kind and helpful. And has a great personality! When you come here ask for Shelly!

Much better location than the last one on interstate North I stayed at. The bare minimum the room should be clean and smell decent. This room was that. So no complaints.

Front desk staff was very helpful when the key card did not work for the first room we tried or the second room. The young lady gave me personal attention and fixed the problem. The AC worked very well.

Urine smell, trash, dead cockroaches in the stairwell, room smelled of cigarettes and weed. The entire property in general smelled of weed. Stained carpet, stained bedspread, kitchenette and bathroom in general state of disrepair, dirty finger / handprints on door handles and wall switches.
