Front desk agent was nothing short of amazing the property could use some real up keep my room a Had cob webs that look like they haven’t been cleared in months, my tub has some slipper residue.

The worst hotel ever! Steps smelled of urine, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and it took over 30 minutes to get a check in attendant not to mention had men walking around outside at night.

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Trash lined the walkway to my room, the bathroom lights did not function, and the in-room phone was didn’t, leaving me unable to call the front desk for assistance. These issues made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope you will take this feedback seriously,

Friendly front desk agent.

There were crackheads passed out all over the property and several individuals walking through the parking lot that were not guests. Very uncomfortable vibe as well as facilities.
