The room size and affordability were the best thing!

Room floor was dirty and carpet should be replaced. Wall had a hole and seemed like water was leaking when showering.

It’s close to Truist Park, stores & food spots which is great but everything else is a no. When you first walk in the smell of the room hits you like a brick, please change the carpet because there’s an obvious smell stuck in it. It was a cigarette and seafood kind of smell going on, it needs more lighting as well. The bathtub was dirty and the room looks NOTHING like the pictures. The pull out sofa had holes in it so we didn’t even use it, we slept on top of the covers because the sheet under it was dirty. The staff was excellent though & they deserve to work with better conditions.
