Iberostar Waves Cristina

The rooms were very comfortable. A bit aged, but in good condition. We need 2 family rooms for our family of 6, so they put the rooms right next to each other. That was great, except for the fact that there was a water leak, presumably from the bathroom above us, that caused us to be moved. They only had one room available, so half of us went to the 5th floor while the rest stayed on the 2nd floor. They graciously moved us at 11 pm one night. The breakfast buffet was great and the pools were good. The outdoor pool was open but very cold in the beginning of April. Nice facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Late check in at 1am. Was checked in by Ricardo. Fantastic guy, very friendly and welcomed us nicely to the hotel. Great start to our 1 night. Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. Outdoor Pool area relaxing as well. Room was in average condition needs an update for sure, however it was clean. All staff nice and friendly

Lovely hotel with great breakfaat choice. Good size rooms comfy and in vwry good condition.

A great find! The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with lots to do. We came for a 3 night stay and everything has been lovely. The staff are friendly (Blanca on reception and Juanlo the waiter especially were so lovely and helpful) We booked a padel tennis court for 1 hour which cost us €20 and was so much fun! We really recommend this. The food is really varied and tasty, there’s something for everyone! The room was clean and it was my partners birthday whilst we were away and we were left a cheesecake, a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely card as well, which was a lovely touch. We really recommend staying here! It’s close to the beach and nice restaurants as well.

We stayed for a week with our daughter and my mother and were extremely satisfied. The food is incredible, great choice, all fresh,.lots of healthy choices and the themed evenings were spectacular. The staff are friendly and work extremely hard to make you feel valued, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The entertainment team go above and beyond; catering for all ages throughout the day. The outdoor pool was closed during our visit but the indoor heated pool is such an asset. The wristband is a really smart idea and saved having to carry round a key card. The Park on site and the mini kids area at reception were both ideal spaces for our 1 .5 year old to use. I would happily return and cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful week away.

Gutes Hotel, preiswert, guter Service, Qualitätsbuffet, empfehlenswert.

Myself and two friends have just returned from staying at the Iberostar Waves Cristina. We have all had the best time, the hotel is absolutely spotless and we cannot speak highly enough about all of the staff. Bar (Lorenzo, Daniel, Sandra, Seanad, Essbai, entertainment (Lukas and Patrick), restaurant, cleaners etc all were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and honestly made our holiday. Sadly the weather was not great and the surrounding area is run down. We did however use the bus every other day (2 euro per person per journey in cash) visiting Palma Cathedral and old town and we also got the bus to the local market (on a Wednesday - unfortunately this was not great). The hotel is surrounded by German bars and restaurant - we however used the hotel bars in the evening instead as I said the local area is not particularly nice - maybe in hotter weather the area changes? I do feel all inclusive should include all alcoholic drinks as one of my friends does not drink beer or wine so we had to pay and this should also be available all day and not just lunch and dinner. The outdoor pool was not open and the indoor was not open to adults for a long period of time. Saying all that we did have a lovely holiday.

Amazing hotel, close to the airport. The beach and shops/restaurants are all in walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were all brilliant. There was an excellent variation in the breakfast buffet.
