The hospitality was fantastic!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to visit the beach. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The pool area is lovely and the pool is massive. The rooms were very roomy and we found the aircon was pretty good as well - perfect temperature. Food choice in restaurant was a bit meh (we weren't AI) - we wanted a sandwich but the choice was limited but on the other hand, we found the food and drinks to be quite reasonably priced to say you're in a hotel. We really did love the hotel and will definitely look at it as an option for our next trip in September.

Rooms comfortable, needed more storage really, asked for extra hangers came no problem. Very clean Al staff excellent, very curteous, Just a suggestion, web site does not make clear it’s a “no cash” hotel , card only, could be a problem for some people. Will be back either Bahia, or Waves great Iberostar hotels

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and creating a warm atmosphere throughout my visit. A standout highlight was the spa — I had a lovely treatment with Carina, who was both skilled and attentive, making it one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my comfort. The air conditioning in the room seemed to be preset and couldn’t be adjusted, which led to the room becoming uncomfortable during the night. Additionally, the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, going from warm to extremely hot without warning, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these setbacks, the kindness of the staff and the exceptional spa treatment helped balance the experience. With a few tweaks to the in-room amenities, this could easily become a top-tier stay.

We had a brilliant holiday at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed using the large swimming pool and visiting the nearby beach. The restaurant was excellent at catering for my gluten free diet (coeliac) and prepared fresh pasta and pizza in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. The bedroom and hotel communal areas were kept very clean and tidy and it definitely felt like an excellent quality 4 star hotel. We visited 7 years ago and were impressed and we felt the same again this year. Next time we will have to return sooner! Well done to all the staff for a lovely family holiday.

I'll start the review with the not so good (although fortunately it will be small!): Rooms - the rooms have very little soundproofing and you can hear conversations in adjacent rooms and the noise from the corridor feels as though it's in your room. I sleep with earplugs on holiday which meant I slept fine, but just to warn others! The rooms also have a quirk where if you don't move for a certain amount of time the power cuts out completely. When it goes back on, so does the TV....waking you up! The good: Food is excellent. Buffet is huge, breakfast has gorgeous bread, granola, honeycomb honey, waffles, pancakes, cooked to order pancakes, cheese - incredible variety of very good food. Location is excellent - 2 minutes from the very nice sandy beach. Kids and adult entertainment is fantastic. Our sons loved Stella and Starkey, got their faces painted every night and really enjoyed the excellent kids' team. They were all amazing so big thanks to the Italian-Argentinian woman in particular who built a lovely bond with my two. The adult entertainment is great too - something every night and they have a great set of board games that we really enjoyed trying as well. This is a hospitable hotel - they hand out ice creams/ice lollies around mid morning and lunch even if you're not all inclusive! The pools are OK, nothing special but warm albeit very exposed.

Great customer service, location, and amenities.

Stayed at Cristina Waves for 3 nights - been recently refurbished apart from the rooms and pool area. Food was great, really yummy and great selection. Not your usual bland all inclusive food. Labelled with allergens which is helpful. Layout of the buffet is chaotic and people everywhere… breakfast is a nightmare to navigate with the people. We loved sitting outside for dinner. Not enough sun beds around the pool for the size of the hotel, we went to the beach and paid €18 do 2 beds for the day. Loads of space to add extra beds. Rooms are clean but need a bit of revamp vs. Rest of the hotel. Bathroom odd shape and door didn't shut properly. You can hear everything outside in the corridors, also we were garden side and the entertainment is extremely loud. We had housekeeping knocking on our door to clean the room at 8:30am when we were still in bed a few morning. We loved the indoor pool and the gym as it was very quiet! Location is nice in playa with the bus into palma for €2 and takes 15 mins ish. Okay hotel for families, just not made use of the outside space for most guests.

It took me 1 year to write this review. We stayed last year and witnessed a 6 year old drowned boy in this hotel in pool. Lifeguards were not paying attention, there was no defibrilator in the hotel, 4 hotels share 1 defibrilator (cost of 2000eur…). Coackroaches in the toilets, i have seen this first time in my life in hotel. Lady (waitress in the hotel) hit by umbrella and it took good 3mins until they called ambulance and arrived. We have seen her crying from pain during breakfast and there was no professional help. If you care about your safety, avoid it.
