Residence Inn Columbia Northeast/Fort Jackson Area

Housekeeping and cleanliness are lacking at this property. We were there 5 nights, and not informed at check in that they only clean once a week and refresh every 3 days. Room wasn’t even refreshed on the 3rd day. That wouldn’t be so bad if it were not for the fact that the room was not cleaned properly to begin with prior to us checking in. Second time staying at this property with the same issues and definitely our last. Minimal compensation offered.

Great service and very accommodating stay. Their kitchenette provided all necessary tools that I need to make homemade meals during my 2 month long stay. Staff is also very professional.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Meagan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assure she got down to the bottom of why there was an additional charge to my credit card. She made sure it was refunded before I even arrived at the property.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I was upset due to the fact of a housekeeper’s negligence, the housekeeping manager Pam personally cleaned my room and done a phenomenal job! I also want to give kudos to Ke’la who handled my concern with sympathy and handled it right away. i appreciate it more than you all know! Thanks again Pam and Ke’la!

Great front desk customer service. Tatyanna and Jonathan provided outstanding services. These two individuals are truly great representatives of the Marriott brand. They put customer service at the forefront and they strive to make sure that and concerns you may have are addressed.

I have been traveling to Columbia for the past few weeks for work. With each visit I felt at home. Kéle is such a sweet representative up front and makes sure you have everything needed.

Excellent service, clean nice room, best breakfast, and great location. Parking and entrance front and back. Will come back!!

The front desk and the kitchen employees are all so nice friendly and helpful! I feel like family when I’m here, oven been here since September and the rooms are clean and this is the closest I can get go being home, I feel safe here and I feel the staff really care about your needs!

My family of four enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean with plenty of room for our family. The suite included a bathroom in each bedroom, which made it really convenient for the whole family. Breakfast in the morning was very good. It had a wide variety of things to eat. The dinning room was kept very clean. The man that was taking care of the Breakfast area was awesome. He kept everything stocked up and clean. He was also very friendly. I can't think of anything to complain about. Next time we are in Columbia, we will definitely stay here again.
