The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and had great décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. We can't fault the place and will definitely go back.

I come here often for work. The staff is awesome. Tatyanna and Wanda are so great and accommodating. All the staff there is awesome and so nice. I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s almost like a second home for me. Love it.

Every staff member was extremely helpful, except for one. Upon check-in, the rep was very disengaged. She never even said "hello". After we entered the room and went back downstairs, she was outside with a male engaging in PDA and saw us, and they started laughing. huh? We've stayed here two times prior; the rooms were always clean and there were no issues. This time, the room was not cleaned properly, and the carpets were severely stained and not vacuumed at all. The was mold all over the shower stall. We were shocked. On the first day, the elevator reeked of marijuana smoke. We thought it was a non-smoking hotel? The hallway floors were never vacuumed during our entire stay. When leaving and checking out on our last day, the elevator reeked of urine. We believe the urine was from an animal, but this is totally unacceptable. The worst part: We were overcharged. I received the confirmation after booking but upon checkout, I was charged an additional $171.50. I contacted the hotel directly upon checkout and was assured the total amount would be correct-Not so. I have called and emailed but no response. I now have disputed the amount with Master Card. I cannot believe the lack of response from the hotel management. There is NO WAY I will EVER stay at this hotel again. I feel so horrible because I recommended this hotel to three other families. They were very upset about their stay, too. DO NOT waste your money. You will be disappointed.

My stay was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The employees were very nice, friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Tatanna Alyson and Wanda Austin for their service and help. They made me feel at home and comfortable during my stay. The breakfast was very good each morning!

Clean rooms, decent facilities, quiet surroundings.

Nothing that I can thing of. My hubby hated the way many of the doors opened in the rooms. Ex: the shower door which opened in to the bathroom, you had to squeeze to close! 🤨, the bedroom door which open up into the room which blocked the TV). Little things. Nothing major.
