"Excellent care and service!"

My husband and I were in Columbia for my husband to have orthopedic surgery which required two over night stays. The staff and service at this Residence Inn exceed our expectations. Everyone was so attentive in helping me care for my husband both during the pre-op and the post op time. There were three individuals who were especially helpful, Tatyana, Wanda and Lolita. A special thanks to each of them.

Everyone that assisted me at the front desk was exceptionally great day and evening staff. Lolita, Johnathan made my experience great.

The rooms were super dark and had a very odd odor like a nursing home, they also weren’t very clean.

"Nice Place to Stay"

The hotel was conveniently located. Room was spacious and clean (except for a bit of black mold around bathtub (common in most hotels). Located net to a Cracker Barrel. Room on back was quiet away from highway noise but hotel AC units were a bit noisy. For some reason when we got there, they said (for some reason) our room reservation had been cancelled--we did not receive any notification of such cancellation. However the front desk person (Tatayana) was very polite and resoved the issue without any issues. Oberall a pleasant stay.

Much newer than the last residence inn we stayed at in buffalo the 2 previous nights, cleaner, newer. I was a bit discouraged when they mentioned a $75 pet fee however, at time of check in, as NOT mentioned on the website, and the only hotel in 8 nights away on vacation that charged me for my 11 pound service dog, so that was the only, large negative
