"Another pleasant stay at this Residence Inn"

This hotel is my favorite in the area. I have stayed here several times. The location is good and the hotel is always clean. I would like to especially complement some of the ladies who checked me in and out. The desk clerk on the evening of Aug 20 who checked me in about 8:00 pm (I’m sorry I did not catch her name) was so pleasant and went to a special effort to provide me with a comfortable room. She’s the best! Also, Rebecca Brooks, the General Manger, and JenniferBailey, the Operations Manager, take the time and effort to write a hand written welcome note to Bonvoy Members — a very nice and appreciated touch. Kéle, who was manning the front desk in the morning, is very pleasant and helpful. A special recognition to her as well. All together, this Residence Inn is an excellent place to stay, in great part because of these welcoming ladies.

"My Favorite Place"
