The pool area and the rooms were nice The location is great close to town

The couch mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back The dining area benches we very worn and cracking making it a little uncomfortable if you are wearing shorts it scratches the skin

Location is good, parking is easy, staff are polite.

There was a strong stinky odor like urine in my room. We ran the AC all night, the smell was still very strong and never went away. It was an unbearable odor. We believe the bad odor came from the carpet in our room. The carpet on all the hallways of the hotel building look wear and tear. The elevator is very small and old, and it smelt a little bit stinky too. Pillows are small, bathroom amenities are cheap and the whole hotel look outdated. Breakfast foods were pretty simple, with very limited choices.

The pool was excellent, the grandkids loved the slide. They were able to play to their hearts content and get all their energy out from driving many hours in the car!

Excellent staff and rooms were clean.

The only complaint is the coffee. It seems very few people understand how to make good coffee. It is a global issue and not specific to just your hotel. Seriously, a real problem everywhere! There is a balance of coffee to water ratio that should be used. This is the only complaint!
