"Excellent"

We enjoy this hotel. Been here twice and will go back again. They need to fix the hot tub chemicals. That’s the only bad thing I could say this trip.

"Decent, BUT........................"

We decided to stay one night at this hotel on our road trip back to Wisconsin. It was decent BUT for the money they charge, I've stayed in nicer hotels for less money. The room were mostly clean but dated and smelled a little "musty" in my opinion. The breakfast was more of a continental breakfast type deal with little to no warm breakfast options. And for that price point you'd think it would have better breakfast options. On a positive note the two young ladies at the service desk were extremely friendly, courteous and made the check in process extremely easy. I would stay there again BUT think they could do a little better for the price point!

Updated, clean hotel. I enjoyed the plush bedding and lighted mirror. Breakfast options looked good. The pool was unique, with a cool shape and a water slide. I did feel the chemicals in the pool area were strong as I sneezed and coughed from them quite a bit. Staff was friendly and I appreciated that when checking in as a solo female traveler that they didn't announce my room number to the whole lobby. Would stay again!

Location was central.

We were given a handicap accessible room, which wouldn't matter except that there were no towel rails and it was dark as a cave.

"Wonderful pool for kids - Good Location in town."

We were touring the UP and comming down from Marquette. Glad we stayed here because there really isn't alot of hotels in this area. We liked the Comfort Suites because it was close to town with eating places and shops and a Wallgreens. Our room and bathroom was clean, no compliants. Kids would love the pool. It's shaped like a clover leaf with a slide for the kids. We ate at a Family-Run Resturant called DRIFTERS. It's were the locals eat! Nothing fancy just good food. Ask the Desk Clerk for directions.
