"EXTREMELY NOISY LOCATION OF BEDROOMS"

Our room was extremely noisy. On4 of the 6 nights we stayed we were woken by drunken people and fighting and bad language outside our bedroom. We had the worst nights sleep. This noise even though we asked beforehand on 3 occasions for a quiet room. We first asked when we booked last November. We were offered another room but the noise was even worse.

"Excellent location and service."

Great location, outstanding staff service, very good breakfast, large comfortable rooms. When we arrived there had been issues with linen affecting our checkin and staff went all out to get us comfortable including entry to the Accor club for free drinks and nibbles.

All of Queenstown is expensive and although I do not consider this good value by regular standards it was good for Queenstown.

It is a charming hotel in the heart of the city. Facing the gondola & ski, the lake. Staff are amazing. Very welcoming and very professional. From the check in to the tea time, the happy hours, the food… the team of the F&B year is outstanding with their smile, love to their job, friendly service, and their attitude towards us. Mr Frederico remembered all our preferences although the hotel is fully full. The ladies working tirelessly and keeping a very happy face all the time.

"Great Comfortable Rooms and Location"

Sofitel location is very central and accessible with main attractions and great walking area nearby . Great Comfortable Practical Rooms and a great Big Jacuzzi in our room that can accommodate 2 persons .

Great staff. Alex, Alice, Paul and Sabrina. Everyone was kind and really helped make our stay memorable The location is very nice. Everything is walking distance

I prefer a bit more variety with breakfast but everything was top notch and very tasteful
