Club Wyndham Long Wharf

Staff is super kind and sincere. Each member from all teams make guests feel welcome. Everything exceeded expectations. Visit to convalesce after surgery and staff assigned perfect room with walk-in shower, next to elevator. I enjoyed a balcony overlooking the pool which was appreciated so much. Amenities and activities are family oriented - pools, movies, arcade, arts and crafts, socials and other activities.

Location was great. Everything was close by or just a short drive. The rooms were clean. The furniture was extremely dated and not comfortable. The tiles were cracked in the kitchen area. There was a washer/dryer in the unit. The carpet could use a good cleaning. Our feet and socks were dirty. The carpet is in good shape just dirty. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and untensils.

We managed to get a 2 bed, 2 bath unit, and it's very spacious. Staff are very friendly and they even have activities every day.

The registration parking. It was dark when we arrived and I was not able to see where the entrance was. We ended up in the back of building. Dragging our luggage through pool area and down hall to find out it wasn’t the right way. Very frustrating.

Room was only okay for the price (almost $1000/night). Went to the front desk during business hours, but nobody was there.

没有任何意见可以提供，只有不满意.因为酒店无故取消了我的预定，在繁忙的度假周末，已经提前交纳了昂贵的住宿费，在抵达前3小时被告知预定的房间没有了，想让我们一家人去旁边它旗下的另一家酒店，去了之后一看酒店档次完全差了很多，且这家酒店完全没有接收到我们的信息，也没有足够的房间给我们一家人，导致我们一直在和booking联系，最后把我们安排在离主街很远很远的偏远地区的另一家酒店，开车都要10来分钟，由于已经很晚了，好的地段酒店都没有房间，我们只能将就住下，本来预定的两市一厅一厨房的豪华房间被两间简陋的普通经济型酒店房间替代，而且booking没有任何解释，也没有任何联系退还房间差价，让我觉得booking简直是太过分了！
