Stayed at this resort ten years ago and happy to report rooms have been upgraded and service is still top notch for a family resort. Wharfs and many restaurants are walking distance. Mansions and groceries are minutes away. The indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a gem we took full advantage of every day before and after touring the area. Also, movie room was fun and they even provided popcorn. Great relaxing stay in Newport over the holidays.

The location of this resort made it easy for our family to enjoy the holidays and spectacular displays and events in Newport and surrounding cities. There was a fair amount of on-site activities for anyone not wanting to travel. The townhouse accomodation gave us a more "at home" feel. We chose not to use the indoor pool as there was no connecting breezeway preventing us from having to brave the below freezing temps in our wet suits.

The room was huge and so clean! The beds were comfortable. It was close to everything in downtown Newport. It was the perfect getaway for my mom and I!

It was a bit complicated getting to our room.

We booked a two-night stay starting last Friday, January 2nd, and from the moment we checked in, everything was great. The front desk associate, Tyesha, was professional, friendly, and made the check-in process quick and easy. Our two-bedroom unit was ready when we arrived, and any requests we had were taken care of right away. As always, the unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Even though there isn’t a lot to do in Newport during the winter, we enjoyed trying a few new restaurants and had a nice, relaxing weekend. We’ll definitely be back soon.

It was a very quick check in process. We like the layout of the room and the full kitchen. The location is the best for doing things downtown.

I wish there was more attention to the pool and Jacuzzi area. Kids were all in the Jacuzzi when it was posted that they weren't allowed. One of the showers were slow to drain but didn't really bother me as much as it bothered my hubby.

This location is fabulous. Breathtaking views and close to everything. The rooms are beautiful! Linens, towels, soaps and lotions are top notch!

Location is great and pool/hot tub is nice to break up the day for something to do with the kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We booked a three bedroom unit and arrived to find that they had overbooked them and only had a two bedroom for our group (5 adults 2 children 2 babies) The unit was outdated and dirty. Hair on the floor and crumbs in corners of room. Broken furniture, nowhere to put our clothes during our stay- no dresser in bedroom.
