It’s in a really good, safe area, and is run by the most AMAZING people ever! I had questions about parking and check-in, and Tim answered and solved my questions in less than 5 minutes! I always really enjoy staying here, especially with groups. :))

Finding street parking can be a LITTLE tough sometimes (but really only during busy hours, like on a Friday night during dinner time, which is understandable). There’s never been a time where I haven’t been able to find a spot though!

Perfect location, apartment was well equipped and cosy. Hosts were incredibly responsive, provided clear instructions and very helpful

Parking was hard work on the weekend (although this is completely out of the control of the owners of the accomodation)

"Perfect Stay in Portland"

I always choose this guesthouse when I visit Portland.

The stairs might be a problem for some guests. Request Room 1 as it is on a lower level.

"A relaxing Stay in Portland"

I have stayed here before and always do so when I visit Portland. The place is very well run and organized close to downtown Portland and trader Joes.

The shower next to Room 1 could be improved as it is dated. The steep stairs would be a problem for some guests.

The guesthouse is in the perfect spot to enjoy Portland!

The lack of parking. I lucked out on finding some street parking and the cost for parking was cheaper than my experience in Seattle.

"Good Value in the Best NW Location"

Very clean and well organized in a lovely neighborhood that was close to all the conveniences - groceries, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and parks.

I wish the seating area in the room and common room were more cozy / comfortable but most importantly, the bed was comfortable.
