Elegant hotel in great location. It was quiet also on Saturday night. Room was spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel great and in an excellent location near the central piazza. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay . We were surrounded by excellent restaurants and food. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Starting with the good points, of which there were very few! The location of this hotel is great and right in the centre of Bologna. The breakfast was also really good. Unfortunately, we found the reception staff to be quite unfriendly, when we first entered the hotel to check in the 2 reception staff barely looked up from their computer screens to welcome us. The room itself was spacious but outdated & not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom had not been fully cleaned and there was what looked like a vomit (or potentially worse) stain on the bidet! Overall I wouldn’t return or recommend unfortunately.
