Loved the kitchenette

A huge shout out to John who greeted us, was at the front desk most times and got the breakfast ready most mornings of our visit. Clean. Quiet. Awesome Fitness Room. Great breakfast. We love the Residence Inn because we can cook our healthy meals.

First time at a Residence Inn great experience

Breakfast was good except no coffee.

The person working in the breakfast area was very rude she stood in front of the food area so we had to get around her. Also, we told her there was no coffee and she just stared at us.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The spiders in the room. I killed about three spiders during my overnight stay. One was even in my bed and crawled on my child. It made the stay slightly uncomfortable.

We arrived late and were staying in two rooms. In one of the rooms the pullout was not clean. I went to the front desk and spoke with Breya. She was pleasant and immediately called the manager. Despite the late hour (1am) the manager answered promptly and together they solve my problem in a most satisfactory way. I stay in a lot of hotels and rarely do you get things handled so well by both the front desk personnel and manager. Thank you Breya and John for handling this in such a professional manner!
