location- we have stayed here numerous times on our CC trip from CA to Maine.

We’ve stayed here multiple times during our cross-country trips from California to Maine, but this year was a huge disappointment. The place was undergoing construction, and everything in the unit was in poor condition. Out of our window, we had a view of a tractor and ladders—I even took photos! Two of the entrances were closed, forcing us to walk around the property, and many of the facilities were shut down. The parking lot was cluttered with construction materials, and we paid over $300 a night for this experience. We won’t be coming back.

Staff was very pleasant and great to work with. Room was very nice and provided enough space and accessories for me. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for my trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Entire first floor was under construction meaning that both stair cases were not usable and everyone had to be funneled through the elevator, and the pool/exercise room were also out of commission. TV guide/channels didn't match up properly, and NBC (the olympics) channel didn't work. I felt that it was a bit pricey for not having all of the amenities available.

A complete dump. While they will claim they doing renovations so "please pardon our appearance" the mismanagement is well beyond renovations. They called 2 days before check-in to say there are renovations and things like pool, gym etc would be closed. Thanks for doing this at last minute after it too late to cancel. The room had an electrical issue with stove (very comforting), tv's, previous guests dishes still dirty in dishwasher, and cold items were hot at breakfast and hot items were cold. Also was nice as i found hair scrunchies and pills in the carpet in the room from previous guests. Almost impossible to get an elevator as each time it had constriction works and equipment. Yet emergency exits were taped off saying do not use. Staff told me they were getting complaints all day about the last minute renovation call, things not working in room, the breakfast and the dirt from construction. Construction is on second floor yet floors 1 and 3 dirty also. Absolutely worst managed hotel I've been in and I travel weekly for work.

It was grear experience the hotel staff were wonderful and they accommodate our needs for our son who has special needs.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

I wouldn't come here if you're trying to trust a hotel to be ready when you're there, on time, wanting nothing more than rest and comfort. Barely no staff, hot tub never seems to be available for use and it's more of a smaller.. older, hotel, that needs to be remodeled. Smells musty.

Location was good.

John at front desk was a joke, rude to other customers, rooms were not ready till after 430, hot tub with caution tape. Garbage left in room, the breakfast area garbage overflowing dirty tables, will not be back.

The location is tucked away and quiet, the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, we were able to check in an hour early and lucked out with having a fireplace in the room. The pool was clean and heated for the kids and they had a great time.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service, that is the one and only negative.
