The manager John is the best attendant at a hotel ive ever met! He goes ABOVE and beyond for all his customers and was super nice to my two year old and myself! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

My current stay is just not going well…it’s one issue after the next. We checked in at about 5pm (not late) and were told the only room they had left was a handicapped room. I get that someone has to get that one if they are sold out, but this is one time where I feel my lifetime titanium status should have at least pulled me from the bottom of the room assignment list up to get a regular room. We get into the room and the mini lotion bottles on the sink were empty (????) and the tv was plugged in such a way that it wouldn’t rotate and the manager had to come up so we could move furniture to fix the wiring. Then on an off-housekeeping day we give a ring down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping could just bring some new towels and strip the bed because the sheets needed a change and she politely said it wouldn’t be an issue and would send someone right up….low and behold we arrive back that evening and find no one had showed up so we had to get everything from the front deck and strip the bed ourselves. Facility-wise the place is fine but these service issues just add up to the point where we will just have to look elsewhere when in the area.

The property, room and staff were great., Excellent morning breakfast. The problem with the stay was the fact that at 12:30 am that night the fire alarm went off and everyone had to go outside. We were able to stay in our cars to stay warm as it was in the 30's BUT we were outside for 2 hours before they found the problem. No fire, just a problem with the alarm system = they couldn't turn it off. I wouldn't have given it such a low rating but it's now been three weeks and there has been no evidence that they will compensate us for the loss of sleep. We went to the hotel to enjoy a good night's sleep while traveling. Lack of consideration by the hotel to even attempt some sort of consideration will keep me from staying at a Marriott Inn in the future.

Even while under construction, staff was wonderful and facilities were wonderful.

Terrible. Undergoing renovation. Notified me 2 days in advance of this. There appears to be permanent residents living there in approximately 4 of the units. They were fighting, left their laundry in the laundry room for most of the day occupying all of the machines. They treated the entire 2nd floor as if it were their own poorly maintained home. There is too much for me to post. Horrible experience!

Beds were terrible. Didn't sleep well, woke up sore. They were not comfortable at all No king beds available, not good... 2 adults in a queen, no room

I loved how it was tucked away off the highway so nice area where I could walk my dog.

Well, it was under construction and I had read that they were working on the pool and the exercise area, but I had no idea that the whole lobby and hallways were just totally ripped apart and under construction and there was no breakfast area in the lobby. They had a sweet upstairs where they had breakfast set up, which was fine. I was disappointed that they didn’t give any kind of break for all the construction that was going on I mean, not even carpeting and some of the hallways. I highly doubt it. There was much more to do! So if you’re really hoping for a pool and work out and a nice area to have breakfast, this is probably not your spot. And the price for a dog I thought was pretty hefty… $75.

The hotel is is undergoing renovations and the hot breakfast was in a regular room. It wasn’t very good.

The lower floors were under renovation during my stay before labor day '24. No pool, No recreation facility and the breakfast consisted of a limited number of bagels, prepackaged danish, a few instant oatmeal packets. No juice or water unless you bought it from the vending machines. Nothing hot. No fruit. Folks were waiting for someone to refill the water on the coffee maker and the toaster ( for the bread and bagels) barely worked. Had to ask for milk and cream cheese. Most of the parking spaces were fenced off for the renovations. The Internet was "free" only if you were a club member or became one. The last resident inn we stayed at in PA was far better. I don't travel much as I used to but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Oh, with all the renovations and inconveniences it was still the same or more in cost than nearby hotels'
