Leoso Hotel Leverkusen

Needed to visit in Cologne and this hotel was a cheaper alternative to downtown Cologne. Euros 25.00 into cologne. Clean and comfortable hotel.

For any business or visits to Leverkusen this is a good choice. The only issue I had was that the heating wasn't very good. They quickly solved it by bringing a space heater to my room. The breakfast is very good and other hotel amenities were good. It is not quite as well kept up since the time it was a Ramada flag, but overall it was an excellent value and I would stay there again

Booked a no smoking room several months in advance, were given a room that had obviously had smokers in previously. the smell was very disappointing. Why have the choice of a non smoking room in the booking procedure if no notice is taken of my request.

Very good hotel, one fault was that we booked the evening meal in the Hotel and three of the meals came out cold,after returning them two of the meals still came back cold. It upset the group. the rest the stay at the Hotel was very good. Hopefully we will be booking again for another break

Good hotel with good facilities and helpful staff

The hotel reception staff were very warm and welcoming. They were also very informative, allowing us to plan our second evening meal. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you needed. They also had a number of facilities available that could easily be collected from reception. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the restaurant staff. On our first evening stay, we had to ask them to serve us several times before any drink/food orders were taken. We also had to wait some time for our food, by which it turned up very cold. The breakfast was the same and the tables were not cleared away quickly enough. The toaster was also not working and there was no alternative.

Calm & quite place. Closer to rly station & bus station.

The location was convenient to get to Cologne from by using the Autobahn. But unless you have business in Leverkusen or have a rental car, I am not sure how convenient the hotel would be to get to. It is an older hotel that is quiet and comfortable. The staff was responsive and friendly. The Internet access was free, but they only have 200 spots available for 200 rooms, which often are booked by tour groups where individuals have more than one device requiring wireless access. It was expensive for what we got.

The hotel is nice and clean, although the decor is a bit dated... Close to a nice park, and accross the street from the Forum and a mall. Staff is very helpful, breakfast included in the price is decent. Overall, good value for the money.

Non-working Air Conditioning and I had to sweat through a couple of the nights.
