Nice and clean...convient to football and train station

I can only conclude that the proximity to the football stadium ensures enough trade to this hotel that they don't have to worry about how it appears. I found the rooms to be shabby and in need of a refurbishment. It's true that everything was clean if you ignore carpet stains. The staff were helpful and friendly which is always a positive point. Nevertheless the restaurant left a lot to be be desired and I would be reluctant to book here the next time I am in the area.

Hotel is tired reday for a make over but the staff were ok . 8 Euros for the car park !! The lift was so slow ended up using the stairs most of the time. Food very average

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a very wide range of choices. We had an evening meal in the Restaurant on the first night, the menu was a little limited but when the food arrived was top notch. The waiter (his name was Werner I think), was very nice. The rooms and some of the decor in the hotel is a little dated but is otherwise clean and comfortable. Overall I was very happy.

Evrything was very good just pool wasn't on good condition and breakfast could be better. Could be some fruits and vegetables - something fresh.

But could do with a renovation.

I traveled to Germany and Best Western Leverkusen Hotel for the second time in two years because of Gamescom and I felt I couldn't go wrong with my hotel selection. Everything was to be as expected and the service really went the extra mile this time round. Credit must be given towards the male waiter who provided us with excellent and comical service during out meal. Deciding on whether or not to attend Gamescom 2014, but if we do go ahead with the idea we won't have to look far for our hotel! Regards to the hotel staff Lloyd

I would recommend this hotel to a friend. I used this hotel for Gamescom and it was close to the trains meaning it was easy getting to the station and back each day.

Stayed here for Gamescom, was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a twenty minute ride (3.70 euros) to Koln Messe/Deutz which is where the event was held, trains run 24 hour although the walk back to the hotel can be a bit dark and lonely! Hotel itself was fine, large rooms and a powerful shower, with a good buffet breakfast. Incredibly helpful desk staff who could put up with my lack of German, great stay for a good price.
