Leoso Hotel Leverkusen

The hotel was good and there is a great area for kids to play and to walk around before you have a meal. The staff were helpful and did speak in English . The only down side was that the cooked breakfast was cold and this sort of put you off eating there , The evening meal was hot and plentiful

Very nice, I enjoy the swimming pool and it is close to the BayArena and train station

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Kids really liked pool.

Spent 6 nights there recently whilst attending SummerJam reggae festival, Staff were super friendly, Great Vibe with Werner the Austrian bar tender, what a gentleman, Met some very cool people there and the pool was nice too..Danke Best Western..See you next year : )

Ok hotel but a bit out of date. Great swimming pool. Breakfast ok but really nothing special. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel is nothing how the pictures on Expedia have posted. Just know that if you choose to stay there based off of their pictures they are very deceiving and you will be very dissapointed. I'm assuming those pictures are from when the hotel was brand new. The hotel right now is not very clean and worn down and not how the pictures perceive them to be. The breakfast was not bad and it was pretty close to the bus and train station so that was a plus. The staff was not very friendly or knowledgable of anything including the English language. Not a bad place to stay just for a night or two but don't expect much.

The hotel is not what I would associate with a Best Western. The décor is 80's, a/c did not cool the room at all and could not keep the window open due to the bugs and no bug screen. The TV was a small 14" CRT and there was no fridge. For the price paid, I expect better. I have stayed at other BW's and the stay was much better.

Hotel is closed to a mall and it is very quite but it looks like a hotel built in 1960 that have not been refurbished since then. Restaurant could not serve dinner because too many hosts wanted one... Kind of experience you would not expect in a hotel.

Arrived at the train station late at night and trudged through the snow with our suitcases, as we felt a taxi would not appreciate a short trip. We had lost our carefully printed directions. Not much english from the locals but we eventually found our way. A Warm reception and easy checking in. The room was OK but dated. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices and pleasant staff. We left our do not disturb out while at breakfast at 7.30am and returned to finish getting ready to leave at 9am. When we returned that night the room had not been touched. In a 4 day stay we had clean sheets once. We walked to the station and back each day, no problem. the staff were pleasant in every way at all times. Free Inertnet was very good. Only disappointment was housekeeping. Would probably not stay again when everything we wanted was in Cologne but not unpleasant.

The hotel is dated, but the excellent service from the staff makes up for this. Free wi-fi and breakfast add value.
