This property has some unsavory people staying which as I was travelling alone made me feel very uncomfortable. If I had of known at the time I would never have booked here, and we have stayed here many many times as a family. Not any more.

The rooms are dated but large. Primarily it is that the property is being used for emergency housing.

The entire stay, mind you only one night, was fantastic. The staff are always super friendly and willing to help you with just about any request - And the buffet breakfast is always a bit with my little bunch whether it's a family stay or just me ❤️

My aircon randomly stopped working in the bedroom, but being there is another it didn't pose an issue at all.

Nice and clean staff very welcoming

Paid for an upgrade as last time we stayed we had a large room this time it was only a standard room.

Interior decor is nice, Japanese theme subtle and not overwhelming

We struggled with the aircond setting which didn’t warm up when setting a higher temperature
