"Hotel needs major upgrade."

The hotel is very badly run down, a smell of damp in many places. The rooms were probably cleaned, but the fittings and fixtures in the bedrooms and bathrooms are not great and dated. The wood work, doors and skirting boards are rotten and need replaced and the carpets are filthy.

The food was ok. And the staff in The restaurant were really pleasant. The location is good. But I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was good and bar has good choices

"To say this hotel was below standard is an understatement. It was a complete disaster area from a health and safety perspective—any inspector worth their salt would have a field day here. Avoid at all costs." I shall be requesting a full refund
