Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with extensive and picturesque grounds to explore. My room was very comfortable with a clean ensuite. I recommend the restaurant and the included breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, especially Leah who made the experience even better. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the views from the hotel were stunning. Would recommend

Room although supposedly upgraded was old and needed decoration. Wall lights hanging off and crooked..Wall to left of bed needed cleaning as stained. Whole place needed a good clean, especially back staircase and hotel needs update and redecorating. Bathroom falling apart..

Nice hotel in a scenic location. There’s a good selection of food for the breakfast and evening meal and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Libby and Hannah were especially helpful during our stay. The hotel is looking tired and some redecoration in the corridors is needed. We asked for a quiet room and it was- the only noise was from the birds outside.

Very run down condition. Incredibly scruffy. I tried to spot signs that a refurb might be in progress but it sadly appears there isn’t. Every wall has chipped paint, carpets are frayed and tatty and the windows are filthy.

Nice hotel within very large grounds, all good and service was great. Rooms are a little dated and tired but did the job. Thank you to Hannah and Tilly for their excellent service during dinner.

What a stunning hotel, lovel setting. Very professional but friendly staff. Food is amazing. Atmosphere relaxed. Highly recommend Mac N Cheese bites. Cater for children again very welcoming and friendly!

Ana hannah and leah were fantastic, helpful, polite and excellent with the kids. Food was also incredible, went back and got more of the share platters. The manager zoe was also very accommodating with all questions about hiring the venue.
