"Very Good"

The room was great and clean, even the shower which other places can struggle with.

For some reason there was only hot water - couldn't adjust the shower temperature as it was hot either way and there was no cold drinking water at all in the kitchen tap.

"Comfortable enough for one night but loud other guests made it difficult for a good nights rest."

Easy to find, good amount of parking space. Comfortable enough stay but would pay less.

Kitchen was right next door to my bedroom and other guests were very loud. The light on the bathroom was automated so wouldn’t turn off for a period of time. Door to get into the property wasn’t easy especially in the dark.

Plenty of parking. Spotlessly clean.

No personal contact. Key coded doors. Bedroom very small. No toilet roll holder or towel rail. Nowhere to put wet towels. Glasses get very hot when holding tea/coffee. Could do with a couple of mugs.

Not much at all

Three single beds instead of a queen bed. No one to assist with checking in. Lights missing and broken. Broken wall picture frames. Just overall a very low quality accommodation.

The staff responded as soon as I messaged It was good value for money location was good Didn’t meet anybody there but had code to get into which was very straightforward the cleanliness of the house was good that was parking which was ideal. I would stay again but

I don’t usually moan but it was too hot. There was under floor heating which is a bonus but it was just a little bit too hot in the room. Couldn’t settle on being on ground floor. I couldn’t open the window with the children. There were people smoking in the rooms and it wasn’t cigarettes either and I don’t usually moan but you can smell it as soon as we got into The house so maybe some of which should check out if people were smoking cause there’s a shame to that house be ruined by others
