The room was clean and parking was ok

I was woken up in the middle of the night by banging and shouting occurring both within and outside the property and continued for 2-3 hrs with no intervention from staff, but also involved police within the property

Proximity to railway station.

Arrived to find another customer who had been waiting outside unassisted for over 30 mins (her youngest bursting to use the loo). They had had no instructions of how to enter property at all, or how to get help. I struggled to get into my room with codes etc. Allowed the child to use my facilities and gave them the contact details I received. My room size wise was compact, situated right by front door and carpark. Every visitor and car that arrived was noisy. Especially due to stones in carpark and laminate flooring on entrance. Cases, high heels, doors banging. My stay was purely for a bed. It was hard, cushions on bed dirty. And coffee facilities was 1 teabag, 2 small portions of milk for my whole overnight stay. Bathroom adequate but again only one towel to be used for both showering and hand washing. One half used toilet roll. Ordered takeaway and searched kitchen for plate etc. Fridge etc was dirty. Gave up. No glass in bathroom so made do with cup for cold drink with food. Couldn't retire to bed as phone charging point wasn't working. Contacted owner to be told use the one in kitchen. Didn't respond to second call for help. Was woken up at 7.30 by someone entering my room using code to clean (check out is 10am). Visit this area about 3-4 times a year. Will not return to this property again.

Mostly clean, shower was good.

Very spacious rooms and very clean. Walking distance to local amenities and off road parking.

Was kept up all night by banging from air vent.

Close to where I needed to be for work. Building was clean and well maintained. The information to check yourself in with the door codes was received promptly and worked no fuss

Room was cozy meaning there was no bedside table to put your brew on in the morning. Also the TV remote didn't work. It is noisy if other guests arrive/come into the property late. Two guys came in at gone 11 and talked in the main hallway for a while.
