Good location.

I had to wait long to get inside. The room was very small, no window. The cleaner came 9.30 am and I had to leave hastily.

Good location, only 10 mins walk into the centre of Bracknell. Parking available right out front of the property. Check in process was simple and hassle-free, and also keyless which was great. Good communication throughout. Room was very clean and shower was good pressure and hot.

As others have said, the automatic bathroom light and the fan then staying on for several minutes afterwards is an annoyance, especially during the night. My ground floor room was windowless and felt a bit stuffy as a result. Bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable - a foam mattress topper would be a cheap solution alongside some new softer pillows.

Location was close to the venue that I required to attend in Bracknell. 6 minutes away from Newbold College. The beds were nice and firm. The ensuite was suitable for the space. The decor was very well coordinated. The Car Park was environmentally friendly (gravel). The tiled flooring was very nice and clean. The bath towels were handy.

The rise of the stairs was a bit high due to the location of the stairs. The shower head let down the decor of the ensuite. The shower head needs descaling or better still replacing as it is the only eyesore in the ensuite. The Bath tray was a bit slippery which is a hazard. The shower cubicle in room 10 is leaking. The bath mat was getting saturated due to the leak which made the ensuite a hazard as the floor tiles became wet. The Wifi on the TV was lagging. The electricity meter in the kitchen was not working so that we were not able to make our breakfasts as planned for the duration.
