Hezký resort. Vstřícný a milý personál. Pěkná pláž a klidné místo. Na pláži k dispozici dostatek čistých ručníků. Pokoje denně uklizené a doplněný minibar. Fajn je možnost využít restaurace á la carte, jen do italské jsme neměli šanci se dostat. A také se nám líbil výlet do večerního Lindosu v rámci hotelového balíčku.

Pokoj jsme museli po 1 dni změnit z důvodu drobné komplikace s odpady. Další apartmán nebyl už tak hezky uzpůsobený a strašně tam vrzala postel. Matrace u bazénu také už nebyla tak pohodlná. Večer celkem dost komárů, takže by se hodilo mit v pokoji něco do zásuvky. Což jsme v jiných hotelech měli jako standard na pokoji.

Beach is nice. Design of Hotel is nice.

Restaurants are bad. Bars and Allinclusive offer are bad. Staff is pretty bad. No beach bar.

The resort setting is very nice, unfortunately the service and food offering let's it down.

This is not a 5 star resort. The food offering for what is advertised as an ultra all inclusive hotel is poor. You have to book the a la carte restaurants through an app, however there was no availability in any of the restaurants when we tried, despite them being only half full at best. A lot of guests were having the same issue. We eventually got a table at the Yellow Sea Asian restaurant, which is advertised as being adults only and offering sushi, sashimi and inventive dishes. It is not adults only and there was no sushi or sashimi, just poor quality Chinese food. Our room had no hot water and took the hotel management 2 days to relocate us to a new, but downgraded room, although this was only after constant chasing. As part of the all inclusive package, the mini- bar should be restocked every day, but only if you ask apparently. We gave up after a few days. The housekeeping and general room servicing is extremely poor. Used crockery not cleaned or replaced and the only "cleaning" that took place was to replace the bed linen and run a mop over the floor, the shower and toilet were not cleaned. The standards at this resort fell way below what I have come to expect from a Hilton. Definitely one to avoid.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié des nôtres arrivés la prise en charge 5 étoiles par les équipes de l’hôtel (voiturette de golf, verre de bienvenue..). Le complexe hôtelier est très joli et très élégant. Le personnel était globalement très agréable. Malgré certains commentaires avant notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé que les différents points de restauration était très correct. Également, nous étions très content de trouver une petite animation tout les soirs (chanteur,dj, saxophoniste).

Avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu peur d’être déçu au vu des commentaires passés… Finalement, nous sommes très content de notre séjour. Certes il y a des petits points d’amélioration tels que : - un manque d’organisation ( nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre dans la même journée, un employé qui fait le réassort de boissons tôt le matin vers 8h le lendemain de notre arrivée ) - la piscine pourrait être plus propre

Where to start! First of all, a member of staff entered my room at 10:30pm while me, my partner and 11 month old baby were asleep, along with the do not disturb sign active. They did this to deliver flowers because they had to change our room because in the first room, the hot tub didn’t work. You cannot get into any of the restaurants, it says fully booked on app, but never was there more than 5 tables occupied. The Japanese restaurant didn’t serve sushi either, even though sushi is advertised. Speaking to other people staying, everyone was moaning and unhappy, people had no hot water and maintenance don’t come and fix the issues. While the general manager genuinely tried to help, the hotel is a complete disaster. One of the managers also tried to justify a member of staff letting himself into my room, while my do not disturb sign was on too. If you go to this hotel you will be very disappointed.
