On arrival there was no hot water in the room,spiders and cobwebs everywhere,dead cockroaches outside the entrance door (which you would of thought the cleaners would of swept up) AC didn’t work (could t adjust the settings) Was moved to another room which was slightly better,but again no AC control,only light in the living area was on the mirror by the sink,bed side light switches didn’t work,so you had to get up and turn the main switch off,very poor lighting in the room.and the only mirror in the room is where the sink is,again very dark and dingy, Was moved to another room that evening,went out for dinner, when we got home that night ,realised,no hot water snd the sink blocked. Enough was enough,we checked out the next day,with a full refund issued

Really pretty and modern resort with a great all inclusive offering. we loved the village feel and was great for families

The cleanliness was really poor especially for us with a baby. The crèche floor was so dirty, my baby had black stuff on her knees from crawling. Our hotel room had cobwebs everywhere and when cleaned, they didn’t refill the loo roll. The high chairs were really dirty in all the restaurants. The staff were friendly but not too keen on the staff touching our baby without asking before.

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist zwar kein 5-Sterne-Haus, aber auf jeden Fall ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist schön und ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Ich verstehe teilweise die negativen Bewertungen, da es einige kleine Punkte zur Verbesserung gibt: Im Badezimmer sieht man, dass die Wände mal wieder gestrichen werden könnten, und auch die Liegen am Strand könnten etwas besser gepflegt oder gereinigt werden etc. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut – im normalen Restaurant am Abend gibt es vielleicht etwas weniger Auswahl, aber dafür ist die Qualität gut. Auch die Getränke waren von guter Qualität. Alles in allem: ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Not 5*, not for family vacation The hotel is super disappointing while being definitely on a pricey side. While having beautiful interior design and nice food, it is definitely not 5***** and not for family vacations. Why? Few reasons: 1. Our whole family got very hard food poisoning in the main restaurant. We had no other meals outside the hotel so we know it for sure. Both my husband, my 1.5 year daugther and myself felt awful and could not get up from bed for a whole day. 2. The hotel positions itslelf as a family resort, and which was the reason for us to spend our long waited vacation there. In reality, it's not family resort whatsoever: family hotel But there is totally nothing to do with the kids here: the water in all the pools including kids pool is freezing, the beach is not convenient for kids to walk having peddles and angled down, the playground is closed, the kids club is unavailable when there's is a session with other kids there. There was just 1 event for the kids during our 10 days stay, which doesn't help at all. There's no entertainment or animation to keep the kids busy. There is even no minidisco! 3. In addition, there is a number of small issues like: lack of hot water, "do not disturb" button not working, low quality housekeeping, expensive laundry which loses your clothes, garbage on the ground here and there, dirty and noisy jacuzzi which makes the feel from the hotel definitely not 5***** and not luxurious which we expected for the amount of money paid. Gum is way too small and lacks equipment. Tennis court looks abandoned. Car rental service is poor (the requested baby car seat wasn't there after asking for a few times). Spa is small – no pools, saunas, steam baths, etc – it's not a spa hotel whatsoever. 4. The location is poor: it's far from the most beautiful scenery of Rhodes and from all the entertainment you'd like to do with kids outside the hotel.

Buona la dotazione dei lettini da spiaggia e degli ombrelloni. Bella la pineta. Comodissima la possibilità di poter mangiare con facilità qualche cosa durante le ore del giorno. Ottimo la scelta di non proporre attività di gruppo rumorose come karaoke o balli di gruppo. In generale il silenzio nel villaggio regna.

Il mare non era limpidissimo. Andrebbero curate maggiormente alcune aree di servizio (es. lavanderia) che essendo nel centro del villaggio, produce vociare e traffico.

Personal oli sõbralik ja abivalmis. Toit oli maitsev, aga valik oleks võinud olla suurem valik. Asukoht otse rannas oli väga hea. Terve kompleks oli väga hästi projekteeritud, sellest voolab läbi ojakene, ja kõik majakesed on madalad mis jätab väikse küla mulje.

Vannitoa kraanikausi ehitus oli selline et vesi ei voolanud ära, osa jäi kraanikaussi. Alarmeerisime personali, käis remondimees, kes tõdes sama. Äravool ei ole umbes aga kraanukausi kalle on vale ja seetõttu jääb vesi seisma. Samuti oli ülejäänud toa seisukord kulunud, kapiuksed logisesid jms. See ei ole 5* hotel! Kuigi meile toonitati et vastuvõttu võib helistada 24-7 ei õnnestunud ühel pealelõunal 1 h jooksul kellegagi sealt telefontis kontakti saada.
