"Great hotel"

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely comfortable and clean rooms and excellent location. We booked a car to and from the airport which was reasonably priced and reliable. Great stay thank you Petro Palace!

"Centrally located "

Petro palace is centrally located to many tourists sites. Hotel was very comfortable. Bathroom had a heated tile floor which was great. A/c didn’t work very well, but didn’t need it until the last day. Lobby bar/coffee shop had great service. Porters were wonderful & really tried to improve their English.

There is no clock anywhere in the room. I had to turn on my phone in the middle of the night to see what the time was or when to get up. Even the TV didn't have the local time.

This place is a real treasure at the most beautiful historic location of St Petersburg. Friendly staff, 24 h service, perfect bedding, cleanliness. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. All toiletries are of great quality. Great restaurants and coffee shops are around. I will certainly stay at this hotel during my next visit.
