Hotel Barrio Latino

nice place, as in the pictures, clean, nice courtyard, good location. horrendous noise at night from a near by night club. it would be 9/10 for me w/o the club noise but you just can't sleep until 2-3 a.m. in the current format.

Hotel was lovely and staff super helpful and friendly. Not a high end hotel, no TV in room and shared microwave on deck. But that's not what we were there for. 4 blocks from beach and lots to see and do in the area!!!

Bad experience. Loud music from nearby open air nignt club till 3AM Room cleaning only every 2 days.(info on Holels.com and others says daily cleaning.) Si you have to do your bed and keep wet towels 100 Usd safe deposit and 600 Usd if you loose key (big key, not easy to take with you).. Electronic locks much better! Pictures on Booking.com and Hotels.com show breakfast buffet and nice tables. In fact, nothing at all available. Not even a morning coffee. No TV in rooms. On top, they charge you for storing you bags after check out, in case or late flight or so. Very downgraded place. Be warned.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, great value. Friendly, accommodating staff. Able to hear a bar about a block away, but this is not a great issue.

We stayed here five nights and we had a great time. The design of this hotel is really nice and authentic mexican with a hammock in front of each room. A beautiful little garden and an area under a straw roof to sit. Lovely rooms, good size. Very friendly staff that gives good recommendations about where to eat or how to move around. Only two blocks from la quinta. Definitely not for light sleepers, as there is a disco (or something alike) on the corner that produces a lot of noise till around two am. But we slept very well despite the noise.

If you are looking for a place to feel safe and convenient than here it is. That’s all

This is my 4th time at Barrio, it says a lot. Nice design, Clean, and happy place. Friendly and responsive staff. In the middle of Playa just a few feet from major entertainment and restaurants, yet very calm and zen. The real star of Barrio is Enzo the cat.

My room was very clean, property is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach, you can literally walk everywhere. Great place to stay for the price.

I love the location, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Unfortunately there is a rooftop bar down the street that plays loud music until 3am every night.
