I liked the staff , but i didnt like that the there is no potable water sell , ig you need water at night you have to wait until tomorrow

This was my second time staying here. The location is great , right in town close to everything. The staff are very nice and helpful and felt very secured. It's a very clean place.

Beautiful hotel. Near beach and bus stop. Only problem was an area club with loud music till 1 am on a Tuesday. I don’t know if that normal and it may be present at all hotels in the area. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous.

Very Very loud bar right nextdoor. If you are going to try and sleep at all I would either book a different hotel or bring ear plugs.

"Never again!"

Worst Service in the whole 4 weeks in Mexico. No cleaning of the room and the service wasn't able to give us fresh towels in the evening after coming back from a tour. I saw towels in the office, but the service said he had to wait for a colleague in 2 hours. Ridiculous!
