"Exceptional"

I have stayed here many times. It’s convenient, close to the ADO station. I feel safe here. Its close enough to all you would want in PDC yet feels quiet. The place is not a fancy hotel but it’s perfect to get a local feel. I live part time in Mexico and this is my go to place when I need to stop in PDC.

"Simple and pleasant "

Good value for money. Simple and pleasant, close to the beach and a great Italian restaurant a cross the street. It's the old part of town. Will return of in town.

"Superb"

Excellent option (location, host, cleanliness) I've been here before and I will definitely be coming back. The whole exprience was perfect from check in to check out, clean rooms, toiletries, in the middle of Playa, close to everything (restaurants, beaches etc.)

Loved the area that this hotel was in! There was no need to rent a car because everything was such a close walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful :)

"Amazing hotel "

Amazing , cost effective , boutique, local hotel near the famous avenue. All needs including air condition, safe etc. can be found in the room. Italian owner was very friendly and explain about all attractions. Instead of tasting different mix of food of city's plurality of restaurants and cafes, it is meaningless to have the meals at the same hotel. Holbox is one of my favourite islands worth seeing. I will come back for Holbox. So cosy, friendly and tropical island within 2 hr distance by a rental car.

This is a very move, quaint and low-key area of the town, really enjoyed relaxing atmosphere of the space, Andre the hosts is a very fine and generous gentleman, he helped me a lot with planning the rest of my trip and showed me some special places to visit, I would highly recommend this location
