"Two night break."

We had a happy 2 night stay meeting family in the area.Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable.We had a very gd breakfast cooked to suit our needs.Shawn was available to help us settle in and answer any queries.

Bathroom poor condition, panelling on inside of door hanging off. Shower curtain has black mold. Carpet seemed dirty.

"A nice hotel"

Great hotel for the price we paid the customer service was excellent Shawn was amazing greeted us and was there through out our stay anything we needed was fulfilled set in a lovely village a nice pub opposite the bar opens at 5 we went for a drink why we waited for our taxi free nibbles were gave too us can't fault it

Great service, clean, comfortable room with friendly and accommodating staff. Shawn went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Extra requests were provided and they were very flexible. A very relaxing overnight stay. We will be back.

Room ok, shower awful...cold!! So that's not good enough!! So dated could do with an improvement, carpet not that clean bits everywhere! Sound coming from window so can hear Road, can hear people being noisy above the room!

When I first went in, I found my twin room smelled very strongly, the air conditioning/ heating was really high and had unpleasant hot air that was also coming out of a crack in the wall. The bathroom was new and clean and of a good standard, and the room was better once the window could be opened and the hot air conditioning turned off. The single beds in the twin room were quite basic and hard (probably ok for back sleepers). Overall it was a satisfactory overnight stay and conveniently near the motorway.
