I had a wonderful stay at this well-located hotel, surrounded by shops and restaurants just a short walk away, yet surprisingly quiet. A big thanks to Miguel on the night shift for ensuring our safety and serving delicious breakfasts. Do need to mention he’s also a great guide. It was a fantastic experience!

We were so impressed with our stay at Acanto!! This boutique hotel is beautiful, prestine, unique and peaceful considering it is in the heart of 5th Avenue and a few minute walk to the beach. The rooftop patio has an amazing ocean view and bbq - eating and lounging area. The pool is situated in the middle of the open sky courtyard and very clean. The staff were very friendly, the included breakfast was perfect, the suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt very safe - the doors are locked at night but staff there to let you in at any time of night. The shopping, bars, restaurants, beach clubs, beach - everything you come to Mexico for was right there at our fingertips. We will definitely return! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this place, staff was friendly place was cleaned daily, the night shift gentleman was extremely nice . The rooms can be a little noisy depending on who is in the other room .

Good location in the centre of town. Gentleman in the evenings was very friendly and helpful. Room had a mini fridge which was nice. Fairly big room and bed but nowhere to place bags.

Room had an adjoining room. The people in the adjoining room were very noisy staying up till 1-2am laughing ad playing music - very hard to sleep. Breakfast was average. Served on paper plates and felt judged by the lady who observed what you took.

My only complaint would be the bed was just so hard I didn’t sleep well

Excellent location, it was very easy to get to every place from here. Pleased with finding all needed in our room to cook, very good size fridge.

It needs more staff to keep up with cleaning every day not only every three days. Breakfast could also have something else added as cold meats or make the eggs different to change from one day to another.
