The room was very small, AC was terrible and leaking water

I booked 2 standard rooms but we were upgraded to deluxe rooms. They were new, convenient and spacious. The lady at the reception was very professional and helpful. In my opinion, the toiletries were just basic - only liquid soap and shower caps, so be sure to bring your own things. The cost of the parking is incorrectly stated here on hotels.com as BGN 5 per day. In fact, it wass BGN 10. On the whole, I am satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay again there.

Stayed 3 nights in August with 20 year old son. Hotel ok, twin room small but clean. Problem first night in that air conditioning unit leaked water all over my clothes in suitcase and soaked them. Good response from front desk - not only did they launder my clothes but they gave us a free upgrade to a 5 star room which was much bigger and nicer. Hotel rather old fashioned by western european standards. Good size fridge in room and kettle tho' only one mug so interesting tea-making with one of us using a drinking glass! Food in hotel restaurant poor, once was enough, but luckily next door to big Billa supermarket!

IT id not bad hotel in Sofia, but it's about 25 min walk from City Centre, the tram are every 15 min

Hotel looks ugly from the outside, but is well renovated inside.

The staff was nice and helpful, however I would never rate this hotel at 4*. I would give it max 3*. I booked the standard room so it was really of a minimum standard, not of a 4* hotel for me (comparing with the other 4* hotels I've been to for the same price). The room was small and you could smell cigarettes although it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was very small with a shower only. Breakfast served was ok and also a meal I chose one evening from the room service menu was delicious. The location was ok- not very central though.

the bedding was not so clean, The bed was not of good comfort, the carpet is very dirty and needs to be change! the other features of the room were in very good conditions, breakfast is very good as well

This is a high end Hotel, all the best of everything. It is very close to all the sites. Best part is everything is new, thus spotless.

We were surprised of the size of the room. When we booked, the price of the room was so affordable we booked deluxe. It was a bed room plus living room. Very spacious. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They even stored our suitcases while we traveled different cities for four days with no extra charges. The breakfast was included and it was nice.

I was not aware of the location, which should be a bit away from center.
