Clean comfortable and very good value re the price compare to other hotels in Sofia..

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Next to a large shopping centre. Within taxi distance of all local areas. Great location, great price

WIFI: when asked, staff really tries to re-start routers and so on. But reality is: the internet structure for this hotel is not fit for purpose. BEd; i asked a double bed weeks in advance. I got two twin beds put together and one of the had a wonky foot. It did not really affect me because it would be impossible to use the combined bed as one as the gap between the two is massive. Clean: impecably clean place area: good value for money. You can take a cab for 5 lev to any relevant tourist and nightlife points.

I booked weeks in advance and requested a double bed rather than two twins put together. Noone promise this would be granted, but why not? I am sure they don't have proper doublebeds. WiFi is a commitment they advertise. You are sure to be disappointed with it, no matter how small your Internet task is. On the positive side, it is very clean and only 5 levs by taxi of any where you need to be in the center.

staff at check in very nice But i booked a queen size bed and ended up with two singles me and my fiancee had to push them together was very uncomfortable, i think the cleaner must of missed cleaning the balcony because was lots of rubbish left on the balcony empty alcohol bottles and a bag of rotting food . the staff were nice but i cannot leave a better review because of these disappointments . would of booked two single beds if i wanted two single beds spent the night falling in the hole where the beds kept separating

Warm and comfortable hotel with friendly English speaking staff. Within walkable distance of the city centre, but there is a nearby tram line. Would have preferred more clarity on the restaurant situation, such as menus in the room, and I was also quoted two different prices for breakfast. However, these were minor things and the stay overall exceeded my expectations.

Very helpfull stuff, comfort stay for long term. Good location. Strongly recommended. I was a pleasure staying there.

The hotel was nice. The manager and the staff of the hotel are very helpful and nice.

Hotel rooms are really too small. Location is near to metro and inside the big shopping center.Wi-Fi is OK. My room was really small. They accept us before ckeck in.

Wi stay only few days but I find the hotel very nice clean the food very nice and the staff very friendly
