"Hotel in Bulgaria"

Very nice lovation, close to public transportation. Few problems with the room - couple of lights were out, 2 out of 3 phones were not working, one of the remote controls was taped with a band aid in the back to hold the batteries in place - the batteries were 6 years old. The remote was not functioning. The door to the balcony was broken - one of the hinges was broken. found couple dead bugs (looked like roaches) on the floor. The bathroom door was hitting the sink when you try to open it completely. No hot water before 3:30AM and after 10AM. One of the receptionists (blond tall lady) was not helpful at all. We had problems with WiFi in the room during the entire stay.

"Don't judge a book by it's cover"

Outside it looks so so but inside rooms were large and clean. We had an apartment with 2 bathrooms, bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchenette. Would recommend.

very enjoyable stay, enjoyed the sauna, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Particularly liked having real glasses in the room as opposed to the American hotels that give you plastic everything.

"Nice and comfortable room"

I was very pleased with the room and the service. Everything in the hotel looked new and well maintained, the girl at the reception was polite and helpful. I recommend the hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room.
